From design support, through implementation, to a handheld product. With a PCB or device design and BOM, I can give you an offer even for the final product. The technical-technological consultation and preparation is followed by the procurement of the PCB (PWB), components and other necessary accessories (stencil, pliers, adhesives). With all the components, surface mount (SMT), then through-hole (THT) soldering and washing is performed. If required, the finished circuits can be programmed and installed in the device chassis. Surface-mount technology
Component assembly using solder paste stencile. One or two sided reflow soldering of 0402 and bigger components. The solder paste is SAC 305 (Sn 96.5 wt%, Ag 3 wt%, Cu 0.5 wt%), thus complies with RoHS rules.
Due to the characteristics of the oven and the controllability of the soldering, I cannot perform the soldering of BGA-encased components.
Through-hole technology
Traditional manual soldering with soldering iron and lead-free SC07 (Sn 99.3 wt%, Cu 0.7 wt%) RoHs solder with flux core. Components with big heat capacity and panels with cooling surfaces are often preheated.
Washing of flux residues can be requested separately, with a washing liquid developed for this purpose. Please pay special attention to non-washable parts!
Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance for the entire life cicle of the product. Search for inconistency in ducumentation, visual quality check, measurement of desired parameters, QA methods.
“If it looks good, it’ll work good.” Mistakes made at the very beginning of the design and production phase result in the lion’s share of later scrap products. Accurately managed documentation and careful preparation result in a well-functioning and long-lasting product.
Rework
Replacement of surface-mount and through-hole components, repair of damaged solder joints, touch-up PCB and other services. It often happens that a device that falls from a height hits the ground with the connector of the power cable or one of its buttons.
The impact can break the component or the soldered connection or tear the copper conductor path of the PCB. Send me an e-mail about the problem and I will look into its fixability.

In terms of quality, time and cost, it is possible to purchase the requested parts in several combinations according to wishes.
Assembly
Programming, chassis assembly, wiring, testing, packaging, gluing and other additional work.
I will program your device after providing the programming device and the software, if necessary my own PICkit 5 programmer is also avilable. With a detailed test description, I perform the functional test, and manage the administration required for error cause analysis.
In the case of mounting in a chassis, simpler mechanical processing of the chassis can also be carried out, even by handing over or purchasing a new tool.
